Sammo Hung was to team back up with fellow peking opera brother Jackie Chanfor the movie The Old Soldier, but that is no longer happening. The movie has now been changed to The Bodyguard and will now star the fantastic Andy Lau, as Jackie is filming for a new movie and didn’t have time.
The Bodyguard produced by Bill Kong, Andy Lau, Chan Pui-wah and Ivy Ho, Sammo Hung will direct the movie and will also star. Sammo has not directed since he worked with Jet Li on Once Upon A Time In China And America, so fans should be very excited that Sammo is back where he belongs.
